Revora provides AI software for rental companies that automates communication and administrative processes.

2. Which data we process

Revora only processes business and functional data needed to provide the service. This includes: name, email address and phone number of users; project, customer and product data from connected rental software; technical data (IP address, logs, timestamps).

Communication content (such as email and WhatsApp) is not stored structurally. Messages are processed temporarily and automatically to recognise relevant information (such as dates, quantities, products or locations). Only derived functional information (for example decision rules, context or preferences per user) may be stored to improve Revora for that specific user.

Revora does not store mailboxes, chat history or full messages and does not process special or sensitive personal data.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to deliver and improve the Revora service, automate communication and workflows, monitor, log and debug, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing takes place on the basis of performance of the contract, legitimate interest and legal obligations.

5. Processors and third parties

Revora acts as a processor under the GDPR for data that the user processes through the service. The user is the controller. Revora uses external providers (sub-processors) for hosting, AI infrastructure and software integrations. Data processing agreements are in place with those parties. Data is not sold. A DPA is available on request.

6. Retention periods

Raw communication (email and WhatsApp messages): not stored. Derived functional data and logs: as long as needed for the operation and improvement of the service. Account data: for as long as the agreement is active.

7. Security

Revora takes appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access restrictions and audit logs.

8. Rights

Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to info@revorarent.com.

9. Complaints and supervisory authority

Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

10. Changes

This privacy policy may be changed. The latest version is always on the website.
